Alleghe is a well-known international tourist resort (1000 m above sea level); as a winter sports resort it is the departure point for alpine ski tours, cross-country skiing and for various excursions.

The Marmolada, where you cam ski also during the summer is only 7 km away.

You are in the very heart of the Dolomites; the nearby lak eis excellent for fishing and the ice skating stadium is open all year over.
